• Follow the spam: Spammers rule! Yes it is not often you can say that, but this is one of those cases that the people that follow spammers tend to follow everyone on that spam list. Why you ask? Simple they are doing the same things you are, trying to build a following. Join up with a spammer, they do all the heavy lifting, you just come in behind and clean up the mess. Taking a few of their followers with you.
• Auto follow: Twitter followers come and go, but the ones that have their settings to auto-follow is great. You find them and join up with them. Because of auto follow they accept and follow you without having to do any work. Finding them is tricky, but some searching and looking around is your best bet.
• Break it like you bought it: Abuse the system! Yet again it is not often something you hear as being okay, but this works as well. Other social media outlets can and will work. Facebook spam to gain Twitter followers, who says you, cannot do that?
• Promote: Blogs, blogs and more blogs. If you write online through your twitter account feed into it. The more people that have it the more people that are going to take a peek at what you are doing there.

You have to many times find a place online that offers followers, but you will have to sign in with your account. You are going to have to follow a few people that are mandatory to follow, but as one name comes off the list your name gets added to it. Works great if you can find an active site that does it and that is rather new.
• Linking your Social Profiles : You must have profiles on Facebook,Google + and Myspace so this is the best method to link your all profiles and ask your friends to follow you on Twitter as well.

Quality of quantity

These are your focused Twitter followers. Let’s say you’re selling something, these are the people that are in the demographic you want to sell to.

• Why should they follow you: Give someone a reason to follow you. If your just putting up pictures or links you’re going to run into a wall sooner or later. Now if you’re talking about something that can fall into a trend great, it will get passed around and you can gather more Twitter followers that way. Give value and get value in return.
• Find the right time: Tweet when people are Tweeting. You can get lose in the shuffle doing this if you’re not focusing on the type of Twitter followers you want to get. But 9-5 US time, from both coasts is a great time to get to gabbing.
• Follow the trend: Retweet the good stuff! Share what others are talking about and start that trend rolling. You will gain a lot more followers because people will want to see what you’re talking about AND what your sharing.
• @ and # tags : Use @ and # tags before your important Keywords in Tweets. At the rate of sign ”@” will give you an option to add a user in your Tweet while Hash ”#” tag will help you to get in trend. Try to use more # tag so that you can get included in hottest trends in Twitter.

Twitter is the best place to market your product but the difficulty arises when you have to find the right community or right audience. To find right audience you need to build your online Presence and Try to involve and talk with them.
